What is FEA Analysis? Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was first developed in 1943 by R. Courant, it consists of a computer model of a material or design that is stressed and analysed for specific results. It is used in new product design, and existing product refinement. Polyslab is able to verify a proposed design will be able to perform to the products specifications prior to manufacturing or construction. Our engineering analysis extends to but not limited to testing a products Structural, Vibrational, Fatigue, and Heat Transfer. These measures, whilst sometimes costly allow Polyslab to confidently stand by its designs and products specifications. This will remain at the forefront of our commitment to quality assurance.

Ensuring that the products that leaves the factory meets the highly engineered design specifications is f the upmost importance. The company has a purpose-written operating system integrating all facets of engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, stores, dispatch, and quality assurance to meet the ever-changing requirements of our customers .
