Polyslab’s testing is among not only Australia’s, but indeed the world’s industry finest. It’s through this commitment that Polyslab ensures consumer loyalty, market share and brand recognition.

Design

All Polyslab product designs from conception, undergo evaluation from industry specific engineers and independent assessments before being placed under a complete FEA analysis.

What is FEA Analysis?

Finite Element Analysis (FEA) was first developed in 1943 by R. Courant, it consists of a computer model of a material or design that is stressed and analysed for specific results. It is used in new product design, and existing product refinement. Polyslab is able to verify a proposed design will be able to perform to the products specifications prior to manufacturing or construction.

Our engineering analysis extends to but not limited to testing a products Structural, Vibrational, Fatigue, and Heat Transfer.

These measures, whilst sometimes costly allow Polyslab to confidently stand by its designs and products specifications. This will remain at the forefront of our commitment to quality assurance.

Manufacturing

Quality Assurance begins with the products design but most certainly extends to the factory floor. Ensuring that the products that leaves the factory meets the highly engineered design specifications is f the upmost importance.

Key actions have included introducing state-of-the-art machines, high tech storage facilities, extremely competent head office and factory floor staffing.
